Step One – Information Gathering We will gather all the available information from clients that include sketches, CAD files, model photos and any images that may help understanding the design concept.

Step Two - First Round Check  First check set will be submitted for client approval. Client will be responsible for making clear and concise revision notes and markups. The purpose of this check set is for the Client to approve the building design accuracy and camera perspective. While any corrections are being made, client will be required to supply Imagebins with building materials, colors, textures, environment lighting styles, and any other information that needed to complete the project.

Step Three - Second Round Check Second check set will be submitted for client approval. This set will have colors, textures, and lighting as agreed upon at the previous approval. Any further model modifications due to client’s design change beyond this point will be subject to additional services, where pricing will be determined by the scope of revisions. Client will be notified of charges prior to any work.

Step Four – PS Work The semi-final rendering will be submitted for client approval, which will contain people, landscaping, cars… as specified by client.

Step Five – Final Product Delivery After the final approval, client will be supplied with the final rendering in digital format sized to the Client’s specifications. Final work will be sent via email (link to FTP site to be downloaded) and all data will be burned onto a CD and mailed to client per request.

Important: Imagebins guarantees its work. If renderings we create fall short of your expectations, we'll keep working until you're 100% satisfied.
